1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within selected cities of Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary based on location. Please enter your address at checkout or contact us to confirm service in your area.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered on the selected date and time slot chosen at checkout.
• Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for selected products, subject to availability.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Freshness & Handling

All cakes are freshly baked and carefully packed to maintain quality during transit. Customers are advised to be available at the provided delivery address to receive the order on time.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Incorrect address
• Recipient unavailability
• No response at delivery location

The order may be returned, and no refund will be issued, as cakes are perishable items. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Order Changes

Any changes to delivery address, date, or time must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery. Changes are subject to approval and availability.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, Cake-A-Lot is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. However, we will always communicate and assist where possible.
